If we’re late, write us about it and we’ll gladly compensate you with free rent only (excluding all additional fees and charges) for each full day after we receive written notice from you until the request is resolved. Routine service requests include: Water heaters, interior light switches and outlets, refrigerators, ranges, dishwashers, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, washers, dryers, garbage disposals, HVAC unit, clogged drains, leaking plumbing, locks. You must provide us your permission to enter at the time of your request and you cannot deny our access afterwards for follow-up work. Also your unit must be in good condition according to the terms of your lease and you must be a resident in good standing. If you cause the damage or abused the premises this guarantee doesn’t apply. The guarantee will automatically be suspended during inclement weather, force majeure, or staffing shortages, including those due to illness.
Note: An oral request can be made for emergency or disabled residents and a staff member will fill out the request form.
